El que m'ha passat ha estat flipant, i segur que no soc la única. Situació:
Truco per telèfon a hisenda per concertar la cita per modificar l'esborrany.
La maqiuneta em diu que trii l'idioma en que vull ser atesa:
- 1 Castellano
- 2 Catalan
- 3 Gallego
- 4 ? Euskera??? doncs No... VALENCIÀ
Aquí no s'acaba la meva història, segueixo:
Intento triar català i no hi ha manera, la màquina em respon en Gallec!!!
Finalment trio per el valencià ja que l'entenc i el parlo igual de bé que el català (jajaja)
Ara si! la màquina parla en català de Popeu Fabra amb accent del principat.
Però ara és ella la que no m’entén. Li repeteixo una vegada i un altre els números del meu DNI. IMPOSSIBLE!!!
Finalment la màquina cansada em diu que no em pot atendre i em penja.
Em quedo mirant el telèfon sentint-me idiota.
Tant hi fot, la renda s’ha de fer... engego l’ordinador hi per Internet ha estat fàcil.
A part de la emprenyada inicial de la llengua penso que si jo no hagués tingut Internet que hagués fet? O quins problemes tindrà una persona gran que no sàpiga fer anar un ordinador? O per aconseguir entendres amb la puta maquineta d’hisenda?
Estic flipant i indignada, per que quan se suposa que et volen facilitar les coses te les compliquen d’una forma desmesurada.
Ara ja entenc per que els meus pares jubilats necessiten d’un gestor que els hi faci la renda.
